A doctoral candidate in art history at Penn State, Keri Mongelluzzo specializes in photography of the interwar avant-garde. Her dissertation, “Bauhaus/Dream House: The Uncharted Surrealism of New Vision Photography,” explores the ways in which surrealism infiltrated the sterile walls of the Bauhaus and shaped its photographic production. As a curatorial assistant at the Palmer Museum of Art, Keri has curated several exhibitions including "Consciously Surreal: Photography, the Uncanny, and the Body" and "Myth Meets Modernism: the Manuel Alvarez Bravo Portfolio."
